PRIVACY POLICY Under Federal law the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires that we advise you of our privacy policies and practices. This is also required under Georgia law. We obtain certain types of information from you for the purpose of obtaining insurance for you. Also we obtain information on you from other sources. This includes but is not limited such things as your credit history, motor vehicle reports, property inspections and other information concerning your previous insurance policies including claims history. We do not share any confidential information on you with anyone other than for this purpose. From time to time we do share information with others through normal insurance transactions. For example, we may disclose information as necessary to service your policy, lease or account; to investigate and pay claims; to comply with state and federal regulatory requests; and to process other transactions that you request. Those whom we might make such disclosures would include but not limited to insurance companies and their representatives, insurance regulators, consumer reporting agencies, banks and lending institutions.
